Peakviews Clubhouse Officially Opened

Peakviews, is excited to celebrate a significant milestone in the development of our boutique retirement village, with the official opening of the residents’ Clubhouse.

Less than two years ago, the site on Howard Street was bare land. Today, it has transformed into a growing lifestyle village, with 18 of 35 architecturally designed villas now complete and a vibrant community already taking shape.

The purpose-built Clubhouse sits at the heart of the village and has been thoughtfully designed to support independence, wellbeing, and connection. The facility includes a gym, library, lounges, games area, kitchen and dining space, and an outdoor courtyard with BBQ area – creating a welcoming social hub for residents to gather, connect …and enjoy a coffee or two together. And judging by the demand, the coffee machine has already had a good workout!

It was great to mark the occasion alongside Hastings Mayor Wendy Schollum, Hastings District Councillors, and our valued project partners – Design Group Stapleton Elliot, Harkness Builders, and Maho Interiors.

A huge thank you to the Tumu Property team for their hard work and collaboration that brought this structure to life.

Delivering a project of this scale is a fantastic achievement, and it reflects the commitment and expertise of everyone involved.

Construction of the rest of the villas and further landscaping will continue throughout 2025 as Peakviews grows into a thriving community.

Take a look at the fantastic images of the Clubhouse and the opening evening.
