Peter’s appointment highlights the increasing maturity, scale, and ambition of Tumu Property and is a testament to the pivotal role he has played in the business’s formation and development.
Joining Tumu in 2014 as a Finance Analyst for the then-fledgling Killarney Capital, Peter’s capabilities quickly became evident, significantly influencing the early success and direction of the business.
In 2016, as Tumu began investing in land development, Peter transitioned from Killarney to a new role focused primarily on land acquisition and development activities. Since then, Tumu’s property investments have expanded to include projects across a range of sectors including industrial, commercial, residential, and retirement, all managed by a growing team of specialists under the Tumu Property brand.
