John O'Sullivan

John has a passion for the timber and building supply industry and has been on a number of industry focus groups. He is currently a director of the ITM Co-operative.

He has a keen grasp of business fundamentals and is a mentor to many in the Tumu Group.

John is married to Michelle, has four children and enjoys rugby, travel and family life.

Roger Hooker
Finance Director

Roger became the accountancy advisor to Tumu in 1989 and joined in a full time capacity in 1999.

Roger has added systems, processes and structure to allow the group to grow. He has been active in the growth of the group and is a mentor to a number of the business Managers.

Roger is married to Barbara and has two children, he enjoys walking now running has got too hard.

Paul Reeve
Financial Controller

Paul joined the Tumu Team in July 2007 having previously held financial management roles in the meat and packaging industries. 

Originally from Wellington, Paul now considers the Hawkes Bay home, although he is unashamedly a Wellington Lions supporter!  He is joined by his wife Lisa and two boys, Jacob & Brayden.  Paul is an avid sports fan and a keen supporter of club rugby in  Hawkes Bay.
